Description
The microcement system consists of several components (for coarse and fine layer, and protection). Apply in 3 or more layers. The material is white with the possibility of coloring by catalog, as well as mixing with additives: terracotta, quartz sand, pearl, mica, brocade, Metalikov gel, etc., for additional decorative effects.
A large set OF MICROCEMENT is designed for about 14-20 m 2
depending on the base and includes:
- Marmorino for Floor MEDIUM -dry/1 pc. x 20 kg/per 1st layer
- Marmorino for Floor FINE -Dry/2 pcs. X 8 kg = 16 kg/for 2nd layer
- Liquid additive AQA : (2 pcs x 9 L = 18 L)-for mixing with dry material
- Varnish -mat/3 L/For protection in interior-for three layers
- Color
Mixing and way of working:
- Marmorino for floor MEDIUM (Microcement Medium) 20 kg is mixed with 9 l aQA. Consumption rate of the finished mixture: about 1 kg/m2 for one layer. It is applied to an absolutely dry, strong and dust-tight base. After complete drying of the first layer can be switched to applying a subsequent layer with a medium or fine material, depending on the need. In the presence of bumps in the first (medium) layer, they can be izškurât with sandpaper (180) to achieve an even base. After the sanding, the surface should be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner, but not with damp. On bumps larger than 2-3 mm, the glass fibre net is laid in the first medium layer- not more than 90 g.
- Marmorino for FLOOR FINE (Microcement Finn) 16 kg is mixed with 9 l aQA. Consumption of the finished mixture: about 0.8 kg/m2 for one layer. Apply in one or two layers if necessary. Each subsequent layer is applied after the complete drying of the previous one.
- Consumption of lacquer coating: 70-120 ml/m2
Advantages of Microcement:
- Uniform, water-resistant, thin-layer coating, without joints;
- Different and very combinative vision;
- Allows application on: new and existing surfaces, concrete, cement mortar, ceramic, stone slabs and others.
- Fast, interesting and adaptable to various environments solution, especially when renovating large areas.
